MESM Data System (MESMDS) is the place to get all your business document related with Mitsubishi Electric Sales Malaysia. With comprehensive access, customers can download the data they need before the original copy is mailed to the customer. Some of the data available in this system are, invoices, credit notes, debit notes and more. This helps customers easily and quickly review without waiting for a original copy.
You need to contact to our sales representative to register your account. Once the registration received, we will create the account for you and you able to access and use this system anytime.
What do I need to use this system?
Every customer will have one account that link with our finance system. You need to have the account with Mitsubishi Electric Sales Malaysia first before you able to register to use this system. More information? Please contact our sales representative and they will explain more details to you.
What happens if I don't have account with MESM?
You may not able to use this system because there are nothing to show in the system if you don't have account with Mitsubishi Electric Sales Malaysia. Please register as our customer to explore this system.
What are the supported environment to use this system?
This system support any latest web browser application such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari. This system also responsive system, you may open the system using your smart phone or tablet. Please make sure, your device able to read PDF file.
What if I do not remember my password?
You can reset your password by yourself, system will send the mail confirmation to your registered email. If you not able to remember you registered remail, please contact sales representative to get your registered email.
How does this system work?
This system linked with our business system. The E-Document will auto sync between two system everytime our sales administator create the document. All the E-Documents in this system is generated from our business system.
What if I found the error in the E-Document?
You can always contact our sales representative to inform the error. We will check and revert to you.
